Make it easier for teachers and students to get along.
1. Be sure to praise in front of students
Every child likes to be praised by their teachers, especially those from training institutions. We are facing the pressure of renewal and enrollment, so it is even more important to build good relationships with parents and students.
Many times, if you scold students, it will only make them feel sad and upset, and then they won't come. Parents will also think that your teacher's speech is too excessive. This situation can make you unhappy, the child sad, and the parents dissatisfied.
Even if a child has any problems, they should express them tactfully, even to the point of saying the opposite, and be sure to encourage them more.
2.The safety of students is very important
The safety of children in institutions is even more important than your teaching effectiveness.
In the studio, sharp objects must be placed away, and in handicraft classes, children should be taught how to use art knives. Scissors, rulers, art knives, and even pencils should be taught in advance.
You are not allowed to run inside the institution, you must tell the teacher when going to the bathroom, you cannot play in the water, you cannot leave the studio without saying hello to the teacher, and you must say goodbye to the teacher with your parents.
3.Remember to record individual student/parent conversations
Sometimes children may not remember what they say to their teachers, which can lead to them saying things that do not match the facts when communicating with their parents. Therefore, recording is very important.
Especially when resolving a matter with parents, recording can effectively protect us.
4.Don't criticize a student in front of the whole class
Children have a strong sense of self-esteem.
If a child is criticized comprehensively in front of others, it can make them unhappy and even affect their mood for subsequent classes, leading to depression. We can praise children in front of the whole class, but if we want to criticize them, we must do so privately.
5.Don't be friends with children
One of the favorite things for children is to slap their nose and face!
If you feel that you have a good relationship with the teacher, you will feel that you are different from other children. Even if you don't listen, the teacher may not criticize you, which can lead to a feeling of superiority among other children.
At the same time, when you are in the same generation role as them, you are no longer a teacher. No matter how strict you are, to them, teachers are just joking!
6.You must communicate more with your child
Go to the studio early when you have nothing to do, chat with those children who come early, understand their thoughts, and learn about their personalities, language characteristics, and even life and study habits from the conversation.
This can help you communicate better with children in the subsequent process, speak more targetedly, and also show parents your concern for their children.
