Artstep FAQ — Final English Version for Website Use

1. What is Artstep and who is it designed for?

Artstep is an all-in-one management system built for small to medium-sized education and training institutions. It helps schools manage classes, schedules, tuition, attendance, teachers and parent communication in one place—without needing multiple tools or technical support.

2. Who typically uses Artstep — administrators, teachers, or finance staff?

Artstep is used by the entire school team. Administrators manage classes and operations, teachers handle attendance and feedback, finance staff manage payments and invoices, and parents can check student records and receive notifications via the parent portal.

3. Is Artstep easy to set up for a non-technical school team?

Yes. Artstep is designed for non-technical users and can be set up without IT support. Most schools can get started within hours using the visual interface and step-by-step onboarding guides.

4. Do you provide a demo or trial access before purchasing?

Yes. Schools can access a trial environment to explore the system with real scenarios. During the trial, you can invite your team, upload sample data and test the actual workflow before making a subscription decision.

5. Do all plans include full features, or do I need to pay extra to unlock modules?

All plans include the complete set of Artstep features. The only difference between plans is the number of active students supported. No features are locked behind higher plans.

6. How is the student-based plan structure designed?

Plans are based on the number of active students you manage in the system. Simply choose the plan that matches your current school size—from 50 up to 1,000 active students.

7. Can I switch plans later if my student count grows?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time as your school grows. Your data remains intact and no reconfiguration is required.

8. Can I import data from Excel or another system during setup or trial?

Yes. You can upload and import your existing student lists, tuition records and other data via CSV—directly during the trial or onboarding period. There is no need to re-enter data manually.
