Do everything, blindly work overtime, excessively interfere with teachers' work, hold ineffective meetings, keep track of everything, follow the trend, but have no effect.

Every day, I am correcting communication between teachers and parents, correcting teachers' classroom teaching, telling teachers what not to do with PowerPoint presentations, handling complaints, receiving parents at the front desk, rescuing students during class, and comforting parents for teachers

I feel tired all day, but the operation of the institution is still chaotic.

Because this is a mindset that a business owner should not have. The more you personally lead the way, the less likely your organization is to grow, strengthen, and stabilize. Over time, teachers rely on you, parents rely on you, and everyone relies on you.

So, principals need to reduce repetitive labor, spend time on more important things, integrate the same work into standard processes, enable newcomers to quickly take over, optimize execution sequence, improve efficiency and parental satisfaction, simplify complexity, and make the team easier and more controllable.

1. Standardized operational processes

Schedule tasks according to time:

Periodic work executed during fixed time periods:

Scheduling (using a 3D scheduling formula for scheduling), lesson plan preparation (preparing lesson plans at the same time), material inventory (organizing materials after one week of classes and supplementing materials for the next week in a timely manner based on the current week's situation)

for example:

Handling key tasks such as consultation and scheduling in the morning.

In the afternoon, handle communication between home and school, create PowerPoint presentations, and prepare lessons.

Complete lesson preparation, trial teaching, and research work from Tuesday to Thursday.

Complete classes from Friday to Sunday and provide feedback after class.

2. Develop standardization

The process is clear and standardized, and the departure of teachers does not affect the normal work of the campus.

Course design, material preparation, and advance planning of holiday activities.

Reduce temporary emergency work and focus on teaching and services.

After establishing a standard process, each course will be reviewed and optimized for review.

Teaching revolves around two aspects:

Classroom achievement: Parents can see growth every time.

Service outreach: Parents can perceive their children's performance at any time.

Ensure stable and sustainable professional output perceived by parents.

Unified format for parent communication (for example, there should be a standard template for weekly post class feedback, and teachers should follow the template to avoid missing any content).

3. Simple and efficient schedule management

Prioritize core issues such as renewal and conversion of students.

One core principle of enrollment: Capture the feelings of children and parents.

Invite on-site experience classes, immediately send the time, location, and course theme of the experience class.

Experience timely follow-up services after class and understand parents' thoughts.

Reduce unnecessary large-scale enrollment activities, without the need for tedious exhibition arrangements or large amounts of materials, and focus more on enhancing parents' experience.

Clear classification task list, do one item at a time to avoid accumulating anxiety, concentrate on handling fragmented tasks, and improve work efficiency.

4. Review on time

Course Review: Teaching Highlights, Works Display, Parent Feedback.

Enrollment review: which methods are effective and which methods are not available.

Service Review: Where did parental dissatisfaction occur, how to avoid it in advance, and are there any follow-up phrases that can be directly applied.

Find replicable methods to pave the way for more efficient next time.
