Here's how we motivate children to attend classes actively

We have established a comprehensive points system to encourage children to attend classes regularly. When they arrive on time and perform well, we reward them with points.
However, points will be deducted if children are late or misbehave in class. Once children have accumulated enough points, they can redeem them for gifts they like or use them to offset a portion of their tuition fees. I’ve included our points system below for your reference.
Awarding Points to Children - Reference Guide
Behaviors That Earn Points:
❤️ Arrive early and attend class on time (+5 pts)
❤️ Complete and submit homework on time (+5 pts)
❤️ Actively check and respond to teacher feedback (+5 pts)
❤️ Actively answer teacher's questions (+5 pts)
❤️ Help tidy up the classroom (+5 pts)
❤️ Actively participate in campus activities (+5 pts)
❤️ Invite friends/classmates to campus activities (+10 pts)
❤️ Successfully refer new students who enroll (+20 pts)
❤️ Tidy up personal belongings and return them properly (+2 pts)
❤️ Help other children (+5 pts)
❤️ Receive praise from other children (+5 pts)
❤️ Receive praise from other teachers (+5 pts)
❤️ Raise hand to answer questions (+5 pts)
❤️ Applaud other well-behaved children when prompted (+2 pts)
❤️ Willingly demonstrate in front of class with teacher (+5 pts)
❤️ Good class performance and complete assigned tasks (+5 pts)
❤️ Greet teacher proactively (+2 pts)
❤️ Respect teachers and parents (+2 pts)
❤️ Work rated as outstanding (+10 pts)
Behaviors That Lose Points:
❌ Late arrival or early departure (-5 pts)
❌ Unexcused absence (-10 pts)
❌ Taking leave without notifying teacher (-5 pts)
❌ Late homework submission (-5 pts)
❌ Disrupting other children (-5 pts)
❌ Running around classroom during lesson (-5 pts)
❌ Misusing materials (-5 pts)
❌ Bringing/eating snacks in class (-5 pts)
❌ Submitting unnamed work (-5 pts)
❌ Taking teacher's tools/campus materials without permission (-5 pts)
❌ Roughhousing in class (-5 pts)
❌ Littering (-5 pts)
Rewards and consequences work best together.
