Why is it recommended that training institutions be 'altruistic'

It's the same where you attend classes, why do parents choose you?
Firstly, let me share a viewpoint. Schools, especially principals, must abandon the concept of using emotions to tell parents that we can lead children to learn more; Tell teachers with emotion that we can grow bigger and stronger!
This concept is incorrect!
Your emotions are not a value space, parents will not easily choose you because of your emotions, and teachers will not work diligently because of your emotions.
If parents feel worthless, they will distance themselves from you.
If teachers cannot gain value, they will switch to another institution to work.
So, as the core of the campus, how should principals create high-value spaces for parents and teachers.
1. Summary and feedback on the effectiveness of teaching children to parents at different stages
Timely inform parents of their child's attendance, course effectiveness, and growth, and provide them with a brief report that is informative and evaluative. The report should include comparisons, progress, and expectations to give parents a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
2. Post planning
Plan a study plan for parents for the next period of time, and clearly express the child's growth plan and learning goals to parents.
3. Campus advantages
Elaborate on the advantages of our curriculum, which cannot be replaced by other courses. It is systematic and can quickly help children improve.
4. Understand parents' thoughts
At the same time, stimulate parents' desire to express themselves and listen to their thoughts. As long as parents are willing to express their ideas, it proves that they still have a certain emotional attachment to the small campus, and there will be less barriers between them and the campus.
At the same time, provide students with a complete and detailed teaching cycle.
Establish communication, explore requirements, provide solutions, teach, provide feedback after class, and showcase course results throughout the entire process to increase campus revenue!
Enable children to acquire knowledge and gain growth (awards, competitions), strengthen parents' trust in institutions, renew them, and even assist institutions in further recommending referrals. Let these parents also become a channel for institutional enrollment.
How to establish a teaching cycle:
1.Positioning for parents/students:
Pre class communication and categorizing parents is actually about exploring their needs and arousing their interest in the course during this process. If you don't know how to tap into parents' needs, then learn to ask questions. For example, why would parents let their children learn dance? Parents may answer that their children are interested; Exercising temperament or wanting to pursue a professional career path. Parents' needs are hidden in their answers.
2.Provide targeted solutions:
Based on the needs, complete the positioning and provide targeted answers to attract parents to the greatest extent possible. At the same time, show parents a similar case of a campus student to give them a sense of immersion. For example, last year we had a child who, like your child, had long-term poor sitting posture that caused the child to have high and low shoulders. Through targeted exercises, we changed the child's high and low shoulders (see comparison photos). This targeted scenario can increase parents' trust.
3.Make good teaching design and solve related problems
Through the above two questions, we can understand what parents need and where their children's problems lie. Just give the answer, solve the students' problems, persuade parents through campus courses, and resolve their objections. Develop a relevant curriculum plan, where each lesson needs to address a child's problem, and conduct the course according to the teaching plan.
4.Teaching Implementation
The key to ensuring problem-solving lies in teaching implementation. Organize the course according to the teaching objectives, solve problems in a planned manner, and do not think that one class can solve many problems. For example, in art, the first class solves the problem of unsmooth line drawing, the second class solves the problem of front and back occlusion, and the third class solves the problem of near, far, and small spatial relationships. After a series of courses, quantitative changes lead to qualitative changes, and children's art literacy will definitely improve.
5.Teaching Feedback
After class, the teacher should let parents know what their children have learned and how they perform in class. After all, parents are not experiencers and cannot clearly understand the effectiveness of the course. Feedback after class is an important part to clearly show parents the progress and growth of their children.
6.Effect Display
Art exhibitions, presentations, and dance performances are all direct manifestations of the effectiveness of the curriculum. They not only allow parents of old students to see their children's teaching achievements, but also attract potential students, as this is the most direct experience of the curriculum effectiveness!
Overall, the teaching cycle revolves around exploring parental needs, providing solutions, attending classes, providing feedback after class, and showcasing teaching outcomes.
Let parents see their children's growth and truly externalize the results of campus teaching. Enhance parental trust and be willing to become a free promoter for the campus.
