I found that many of our educational and training principals have made enrollment too complicated!

I must explain this matter thoroughly - enrollment is the most powerful weapon, simple to the extreme.

Firstly, do not lose to the concept of 'additive thinking'.

Many principals immediately start adding when it comes to enrollment:

  • The activity plan should be full of creativity
  • The promotional materials should be beautifully designed
  • The curriculum system should comprehensively cover
  • Consultation language should be professional and profound

……

What was the result? Parents couldn't understand it, employees didn't execute it properly, and in the end, conversion couldn't be achieved.

Do you know why? Parents don't even have time to study your complexities!

In this era of information explosion, parents' attention is only 3 seconds. If you can't make him understand 'what my child can gain here' within 3 seconds, you may lose him forever.

How about doing subtraction? Three core points

1. Product clarification: Explain your lesson clearly in one sentence

Don't talk nonsense like 'we cultivate children's comprehensive qualities' anymore!

What parents need to listen to is: 'In 28 days, increase children's writing speed by 2 times' - this is the result;

Gamified teaching, children actively learn mathematics "- this is the method;

The goal is to be able to independently read English picture books after completing this semester.

Concentrate your course into one sentence, so that even the dumbest employees can understand and the busiest parents can understand.

2. Show directly: Don't hide or tuck in

Some institutions require parents to come and see the teaching results. What era is it now?

  • Video of student progress, send it out!
  • Thank you screenshot from parents, send it out!
  • Teacher's lesson preparation process, send it out!

Reality is the most powerful and direct, the most impactful. The more you dare to show, the more parents dare to trust you.

3. Cut the process to the extreme: three-step transaction method

The dumbest enrollment process I've ever seen has 9 steps! From consultation to listening, evaluation, and planning.

Cut it! Cut me hard!

The most impressive transaction only requires three steps:

  • Attract (see results/solve pain points)
  • Experience (low-cost trial)
  • Transaction (limited time discount/scarce quota)

Not even one more step!

Dear educators and trainees, if you are still worried about enrollment, starting today:

1. Take photos of your best teaching achievements with your phone - post them on Instagram tonight

2. Write the core benefit of the course in one sentence - to make all employees memorize it;

3. Cut off all the nonsense in the consultation process - after exploring the needs and pain points of parents, provide a direct experience plan.

To put it bluntly: those institutions with complex enrollment often use tactical diligence to conceal strategic laziness - because they are unwilling to spend time thinking about what is truly important.

And truly smart principals are all doing subtraction: reducing to the core, reducing to the essence.
