The sale of courses by institutions is essentially a value exchange, and parents are most concerned about what kind of growth their children can achieve.
We want sellers who like it.
Say what parents want to hear.
The value we provide to parents will make their children better.
In the process of communicating with parents, this value system should be integrated throughout the entire conversation, while considering what problems parents really want to solve and why they come to the institution for consultation.
From the first moment you chat with your parents, you must start chatting within three to five minutes to make them interested or interested in you.
1. Discussing topics that parents enjoy
Parents' needs can be understood from some anxious topics.
2. Learn to Listen
Only by learning to listen can one understand what parents' needs are. Only by meeting the needs of parents can you truly prescribe the right medicine. If you always output language unilaterally, parents will feel that they have not participated in this conversation. Chatting is not called chatting because there is no interaction between you and me.
3. Pay attention to the problems of parents and do not avoid them
In the face of parents' nitpicking, it is important to demonstrate that parents only ask questions for the good of their children. Similarly, we also listen carefully to parents' questions for the good of our children.
In this place, we already know what parents' needs are, just provide appropriate answers and solutions, and parents will be very happy.
4. Ask parents open-ended questions instead of right or wrong questions.
Otherwise, after parents answer yes or no, there will be nothing left to say. Don't ask parents if they like it, if they don't like it, if they are willing or not. If parents answer that they don't like, don't like, or don't want, then we can't continue the conversation!
Many times, the problem is the lubricant when chatting cannot continue.
5. When communicating, parents should understand
You don't need to be so professional, but parents should know that we can help their children improve. For example, if you are a sports organization, you always talk to your parents about professional terminology and show some difficult movements, but the parents actually don't understand. But if you tell your parents that sports can strengthen their bodies and improve their posture, they will definitely be willing to sign up. The simpler the process of learning sports, the stronger the motivation of parents and children.
If we are still unclear about the parents' needs after communication, or if the parents themselves are not quite sure what their needs are, we can use assessments to help them obtain their needs
