As a guiding principle for campus development, the operational approach of training institution principals is crucial. It is important to establish a clear and logical operational strategy for the principal, as it can make it easy for the principal to direct the campus forward.

Half of the principals we have had long-term contact with were former teaching teachers. When they were still teachers, they only needed to think about how to teach this class and how to communicate with parents after class. But after becoming a principal, in addition to thinking about teaching and communication between home and school, one also needs to consider enrollment, finance, and plan all the major directions of the institution's operation.

That is to say, the principal needs to think not only about how to do step A, but also about how to plan from step A to step B to step C, how to implement it, and who will execute it

Slowly breaking away from the teacher's mindset and gradually establishing the principal's mindset.

Of course, in institutions, teaching is fundamental, and principals need to strengthen their control over teaching when considering the overall situation. By providing high-quality teaching and authentic materials, we aim to offer excellent courses to students and excellent services to parents, truly putting students at the center and benefiting both parents and children.

To achieve the above work, the principal needs to have super strong execution ability, fully implement decisions, and ensure that every detail is well monitored. Through appropriate innovation, the vitality of the campus is enhanced, and teachers are more motivated to carry out their work.

With super strong execution ability and high-quality institutional operation system, it is naturally not difficult for the campus to make profits! If the principal does not know how to execute, they can first do the following four things:

1. Efficient scheduling of classes

Adequate scheduling can significantly increase the number of students per week for teachers, effectively reduce classroom vacancy rates, and minimize teacher time waste. In the Artstep educational system, campuses can arrange classes based on class hours and scheduled fees, with classes arranged according to three dimensions: classroom, class time, and teacher, to avoid conflicts such as the same time, the same classroom, and teachers not having time. When teachers have more classes, the campus can earn more.

2. Timely cancellation of classes

Only the tuition fees consumed after attending classes are the money in the principal's pocket, so campus consumption is very important. In addition to regular consumption, the campus can also use methods such as off campus sketching, study tours, and teacher classes to enhance consumption. To ensure that children attend classes seriously, they should not be allowed to take leave casually. The improvement of the system can reduce children's unjustified leave. Children attend every class seriously, and their class time will naturally be completed according to the prescribed hours.

3. Clear division of labor

The principal not only needs to know the teacher's class schedule and how many classes have been attended, but also needs to divide the teacher's work reasonably, and each teacher should be responsible for everything. Just like how the sales progress of the sales teacher is today, it can be directly viewed on the enrollment CRM, and whether the academic affairs teacher logged in to the system on time to check the student class hours can be viewed on the operation log. The principal can see the teachers' work situation in real time.

4. Notification from home and school should be timely

Parents and teachers are indispensable elements in the education chain of children. The better the cooperation between parents and teachers, the more vigorous the child's growth will be.

From the moment a child signs up, parents must be informed of their child's situation on campus, whether it's class schedules, reminders, cancellations, or holiday notices, all in one step.

5. Timely communication between home and school

Before class: Familiarize each child and grasp their basic situation; Send class notifications to parents; Introduce the key and difficult points, content, and key knowledge points of this lesson.

In class: Send a class cancellation message to parents after roll call; Communicate seriously with children; Pay attention to teaching effectiveness; Create a good classroom atmosphere.

After class: Provide classroom feedback, including: students' class situation, what knowledge they have mastered, how well they have mastered it, where they have performed well, where they need to improve, and how to help them improve in the next class; Check if the child's points have been sent and if there are any omissions. 6. 6. Teaching and research should be timely.

Teaching and research are really important. In addition to discussing how to solve campus operation problems, they can also brainstorm and propose solutions to the problems encountered by teachers.

Strengthen classroom quality and ensure that each class is more effective than the previous one (teaching and research related materials can be obtained from the campus customer service).

7. Arrange teachers to study

Learn from high-quality teachers' teaching methods, improve one's knowledge presentation ability, quickly summarize the key points of classroom knowledge in class, and use one's own way to help students quickly master them.

Go to more training to improve your professional skills, so that you can easily grasp the classroom during class and convince children of the teacher's professional abilities.

8. Help cultivate good habits in children

Good habits can better help children improve their learning ability and ensure the coherence of their learning.

For example, you cannot be late for class, you need to ask for leave in advance (to facilitate the teacher's arrangement of make-up classes for the same period), you need to raise your hand to answer questions

Children with good habits will learn things faster and more efficiently, and will also make teachers' classes easier.

9. Require teachers to prepare lessons well

Preparing class materials in advance can make it easier for teachers to attend classes, solve unexpected problems in a timely manner, and teach knowledge to children within the designated time and help them consolidate.

I believe the capable principal has now opened the Artstep system and started working!
