1. The continuation rate is directly linked to the income of the corresponding supervising teacher.


No interest in getting up early. As teachers who directly face students on a daily basis, they play the most important role in the high or low continuation rate. Therefore, having them strive to improve the continuation rate can be of great help to you. Larger classes can adopt a proportional commission for class renewal, such as dividing the renewal rate into several levels, charging a certain amount if it exceeds, and deducting a certain amount if it falls below;
