A positive attitude will make every teacher's work easier!
When I first became an art teacher, I was so anxious that I couldn't sleep. I was afraid that I couldn't teach well, and my mentality was really bad. I thought about how to make every child like me, make every parent believe me, and speculate on the meaning of every word the principal said. It was really capital anxiety.
But after years of work torture, I have grown a lot!
I suggest everyone also try these six aspects:
1. Reduce introspection
Excessive self reflection will only lead to excessive internal friction. Focusing on whether my tone towards xx is a bit harsh, and whether xx didn't say hello to me today, may I have done something wrong? It's better to focus on improving class efficiency.
Facing some inexplicable things and people to consume energy, there is no need to be too polite. Many things may not be as serious as we imagine.
2. Don't try to please parents too much
Excessively pleasing parents will only lower the status of teachers under them, reduce the authority of teachers, and make parents have the illusion that teachers are serving them more often, and will use various reasons to trouble teachers.
3. Learn to block
Some things that have nothing to do with us can actually be ignored. Just listen and don't worry about them.
Spend time on things that are worth doing, such as teaching research, improving one's professional skills, watching micro course videos, documentaries, reading books, and watching movies.
When you learn to filter out useless information, the rest of the content will make your life more fulfilling.
4. Not relying on parental evaluation to judge one's own value
Parents sometimes evaluate teachers very emotionally.
We also need to learn to screen parents. If parents have clearly affected your mood and made you unhappy at work, then we can no longer have too much contact with them.
Sometimes we don't have to listen to everything parents say. Just do our job well and have good classes
5. Skipping anxiety and solving problems is the key
Don't get caught up in emotional problems when encountering problems. You must immediately find a solution and wait until you have solved the problem before going for a review.
Don't let emotions affect your work.
For example, when facing children's problems, one can actively talk to parents about how to solve them, express their own opinions and provide solutions, instead of falling into anxious emotions with parents.
6. My own system
For example, when communicating with parents, we can show some dominance in language, putting us in the same position as parents rather than being in a lower position.
Take the initiative in your own hands and remember that you will always be the first. You are the protagonist of the world, while others are NPCs.
